Air Conditioning
- Check refrigerant level and pressure
- Inspect evaporator coil and clean the condenser
- Inspect condenser fan motor and blades; lubricate if needed
- Flush the condensate drain
- Inspect and tighten wiring; check voltage and amp draws
- Check thermostat operation and examine your filter
Heating
- Clean and adjust the burners; inspect flame operation
- Inspect the heat exchanger
- Check the igniter or pilot light and blower compartment
- Inspect ductwork for proper airflow; flush condensate drain if applicable
- Inspect and tighten wiring connections
